This role is to provide advanced technical skills for the following products formerly known as Maximo ITSM:-
• IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager
• IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT
This role will involve delivering best practise solution architectures, implementations and integrations (into other IBM products such as Tivoli Netcool as well as other 3rd party products). The role is highly technically focused working alongside Technical Presales and Sales resources. The role must be fulfilled by a person experienced in the platform and its subcomponents (WebSphere, Oracle, DB2 etc…) This role will own the Quadratek technical solutions and will also be required to knowledge share and train other members of the consulting team.
This role must be the point of Maximo excellence within our organisation. They must have intimate knowledge of the platform including internal workings and capabilities
This role will be supporting the Channel Sales activity, and the associated solution delivery as well as delivering services into IBM Direct Sales accounts.
• Must have a minimum experience in Maximo ITSM v 6 and certified.
• Knowledge of Maximo EAM and older versions is beneficial.
• Knowledge of other Service Management technologies (Remedy, Peregrine etc…) is beneficial
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL is beneficial.
