Job Description

Our client, an ITSM Services and Reseller Consultancy, working with two major names in the ITSM sector, is currently seeking an ITSM software sales consultant to join our growing consultancy team. Successful applicants will have a solid track record in customer centric solution selling with exposure to both internal and field based assignments across a varied range of accounts from SME to Enterprise sized clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of selling either CA Unicenter or IBM Maximo service management software and will be preferably ITIL certified, or able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of this standard. Alternatively you will have sold one of the other main ITSM tools on the market, either directly or within a partner environment - possibly as an internal sales person who is now looking for an external sales role. You must be a self-starter with solid business acumen and commercial awareness. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and well respected CA and IBM partner and to really build a great career. You will have a fair degree of autonomy within the role including input in to campaign activity. The role will be primarily field based though the preference would be for Midlands or Southern based candidates purely because of key clients being geographically situated in these areas as well as frequent meetings, training and demo activity at the vendors sites in the region. This is an excellent career and earnings opportunity as there is already a substantial pipeline of pre qualified accounts for you to develop, in either software, whilst also having the freedom to develop new markets and accounts.
