Job Description

Description: Business Analysis with project management skills in the FCSD (After Sales) Finance and Loyalty area. Handling of several small and medium size projects in an existing application portfolio, maintained by different delivery organizations (external and internal US Europe and Asia Pacific). Role is to liaise with business, take up and initiate analysis of requirements, develop cost/efforts/timelines for delivery, track and govern development, User Acceptance Testing and implementation of the changes. Key contact for some business areas including contact for business issues coordinating production support issue. Responsibility will be within the Finance and Loyalty area. The main projects are focusing on the set-up and roll-out of various customer loyalty products with Ford Dealers and via the Ford National Webportals. Technology used is mainly Web / Client Server based. Certain areas in Finance are Mainframe based. Responsibility also includes handling of market queries on loyalty products. Main contacts are in Germany, UK, US and India. Technical Skills (Must Have): - good team worker and excellent communication skills (German and English) targeted towards business / IT / management /external partners - excellent business analysis skills: quick starter in analyzing requirements in a diverse business process and IT portfolio environment - SDM (Ford's structured project management tool) or similar tools - familiar with current state analysis, future design proposals, identification of functional issues and constraints, documentation in structured manner, project initiation and analysis, coordination of overall delivery in the delivery organizations - excellent handling of risk management and coordination of emergency situations between applications teams / data center hosting / business - focus on consulting business user towards ONE FORD efficient solutions - firm handling of Ford IT security regulations and IT industry standards - project management skills (25% of total job) (PMI or similar). Technical Skills (Nice to Have): - Ford experience / FCSD - Parts business or in similar industry - experience with similar projects (e.g. Customer Loyalty, Document Management, Pricing) - experience with similar technical infrastructure (e.g. Web, Client Server, Oracle DB, Secure Web communications) - knowledge of MOSS (e.g. workflow, InfoPath)
